I found and chose Elizabeth Hume for my real estate purchases because of her integrity and several other reasons. She's respected in the industry, is in leadership in her local Association, has served as a Commissioner in the Dept of Real Estate, is very responsive in communications, and very conscientious.

Elizabeth is sooo much more than a realtor. We have felt like her family and have felt the same way about her. She is caring, understanding and pleasant to work with during this process.

I've worked with Elizabeth Hume three times. She helped me find my first home, then five years later she helped me sell and purchase another property. Working with Elizabeth was easy and rewarding. She listened carefully to my needs and dreams and made each transaction a breeze.

In March of 2011, Elizabeth assisted us in the sale of our home in Eagle as well as the purchase of a new home. She helped us evaluate the competition for the sale and was honest and realistic regarding settling on a fair price. Our biggest challenge at the time was finding a new home that met our needs and inventory was pretty low. Elizabeth was always willing to go look at one more house - no matter how many times there was "one more house" to see. We ended up contracting for a new home to be built and she came to every meeting with the builder. We would have no reservation in recommending Elizabeth to others. In fact, we have!

I have purchased and sold a house through Elizabeth and was very happy with her diligence, professionalism and negotiation skills. On the selling side, she kept me informed of every showing and made helpful suggestions to sell the home. On the buying side, she tirelessly showed me homes that fit our criteria. Since then, she has gained her MBA and several real estate certifications, including broker. You can't go wrong when using Elizabeth!

In June of 2012, I came to Boise with my husband for only a few days to find our dream home. We had never met, but our email communications made it clear that she would help us find the perfect place. We looked at 50 houses in just 3 days. The very last house in the stack was our dream house. She helped us negotiate a better deal than we could ever imagine and even though it was a short sale, we sailed through the process with her by our side the whole way.
