Her Story
About Elizabeth
The Real Story
Elizabeth has spent more than two decades in real estate — as an agent, a transaction coordinator, a team leader, and now as a speaker and educator who's made it her mission to have the conversations the industry keeps avoiding.
She started her real estate career in Idaho, where she built a reputation for being direct, knowledgeable, and genuinely funny — in a field that often takes itself too seriously. Over time, she realized she had more to offer than just closing deals. She had a point of view worth sharing.
Today, Elizabeth is a licensed continuing education instructor in Idaho, an approved CE credit provider, and a sought-after speaker at real estate associations, broker events, and national conferences across the country.

Beyond Real Estate
Elizabeth is an Idahoan through and through. When she's not on a stage or recording a podcast episode, she's probably outdoors, with family, or thinking about what her next episode topic should be.
She believes real estate is a people business first and a transaction business second — and everything she teaches comes from that conviction.
